WHAT IS PREHABILITATION?
Movement analysis is the review of skills and techniques performed in your particular sport that aims to understand the stresses and strains placed on an area. This allows us to assess where injuries may occur. From this we can develop a prehabilitation program to strengthen the intrinsic and global muscles around the affected joints along with flexibility to keep it strong and stable.
Prehabilitation is essentially injury prevention training.
